Ingredients:
- 1 spoon - medium size
- one bowl - medium size
- A gallon of milk
- A box of Cinnamon Toast Crunch
Preparation:
I remember going to my grandfather house to eat breakfast with my grandma. We'd never eat regular breakfast food, but when we did it seemed magical. One morning when I was around 5 or 6 years old, i ate what my grandmother called "A Bowl of Heaven". You take your medium sized bowl and pour, from the box of cinnamon toast crunch, the cereal until its about 1/2 from the top of the bowl. I remember my granddad saying the way to make cereal exactly like that so he could seem smart. He like to sound intelligent while doing anything. He would walk down the street and talk to his self on how to fix the carburetor on his truck. When he told me how to make cereal, i didn't even want any. When grandma told me, it was an whole different story.!Ive already said these steps, but i have to repeat myself on how my grandmother told the story of the "Bowl of Heaven". You take your bowl, the land of Heaven. She used the same bowl every time we made this. I praised that bowl. I thought it really was heaven because everything that came out of it tasted heavenly! Every time i put my hands on the bowl, i would raise it and sing as if i were an orchestra of Angels. I would rise the bowl slowly and as i risen it, i would rise my tone of singing as well. That was my Heavenly bowl.
You take your tower of Angels, the cinnamon toast crunch, and open the tower to release all the Angels into Heaven. This was an amazing part for me because my imagination was so wide open, I'd swear i could see sparkles when she opened the box. She'll get ready to pour the Angels into Heaven but hesitate, and says, "Here, you release all the Angels into Heaven." I'd be revived with glee! I'll start to pour, but i let one fall first. I'll poke a hole in the middle with my wand, my spoon. I would tell my grandma, "This is little ole me!" She would smile when I take another one out and say it's her. Once I've poured them in to the tip top, i would say yell, "The Angels have mad it to Heaven!"
Grandma would ask me, "How would the Angels fly in heaven without their wings? You'll have to take your wand and point out the "Gallon of Wings"". I took my hand and pointed to the fridge without me seeing it, and i thought i really was magical! So, I grabbed the gallon of the Gallon of Wings and i started to twist the top off, but i was interrupted by the voice of my grandma. She said, "Don't open it all the way or the wings will fly out."
i poured the wings into Heaven. I took my wand and swung it into Heaven! My grandma told me with a great smile, "With a every bight you take, there's another little Angel inside you.!!!! With that, i took my Bowl of Heaven and enjoyed it to the best of my imagination!
